Catch Up...

Great image I found on Google - I love the different positions and how they look 'ordinary' when you focus on one individual one but when you put them together they are almost like a stills film with the white background creating a quite abstract pattern.

Great illustrator's website - misprintedtype.com, it has lovely layered drawings with so much attention to detail and nicely laid out with an almost aged austere feel to many of them.

I love the worn aged look of this illustration...its quite regal but also looks 'homemade' and messed with.

Great old knitting patterns I found on the internet... completely scary and very kitsch but there's something charming about the thought of a mother hand knitting their child's facial features to keep them warm in Winter... however i'm more amazed at who came up with the idea!

Graduating with Distinction from a Masters in Fashion and the Environment at London College of Fashion, specialising in hand-knitting and the British Wool Industry, I have worked on a number of knitwear collections (personal and external companies), whilst freelancing and researching for a number of exciting projects. My work revolves around the idea of sustainable fashion from a knitted perspective and the different ways to achieve this incorporating the ideas of slow fashion into mainstream society. I love knitting. And wool. And double sided sticky tape.
